This would be the 2nd time in a week that I've cooked for friends...
I did it on Monday, and it went well...
Was pretty happy that nothing left, not even the soup...
It's nice to see that the meal that I cooked sincerely being well appreciated.
Since that Monday, 2 friends couldn't make it...
So I cooked again on Wednesday...
This time, much more interesting, there's a vegetarian around.
How do I want to cook a meal without using garlic, onion and oyster sauce?
I did really cracked my head to wonder, what dish should I cook then?
The day before the dinner, I've cut and prepare most of the ingredients so that I can start to cook immediately after work...
At the same time, I pre-cooked the Soup of That Night, ABC soup and also cabbage soup (ala-abc soup style)
Then the next day, I still need to grab some green vegetables to add in the menu!
So total of the dishes 9 with 2 soups....
For 6 people...
Well, since I don't really know how to cook "vegetarian" meals, glad that it's being appreciated as well.
